• Participating in recruitment efforts.

• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.

• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.

• Assist in completing termination/clearance paperwork.

• Discretion with personal and confidential information.

• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.

• Ensure timely biometric of new joiners.

• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).

• Assist in maintaining current HR files and databases.

• Maintaining employee attendance on daily basis.

• Assist in processing payroll, which includes ensuring timely attendance, leavers & Joiners details, Leaves etc.

• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records. • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
