Associate Software Engineer

Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop software in C#, ASP.net and/or other selected languages/tools for Global Rescue products and/or applications by consistently following GRID Systems coding standards and in accordance with applicable software development methodology and release processes

• Design and Develop solutions that can extend Microsoft Dynamics functionality, including JavaScript, dynamics plugins in c#, workflows etc.

• Design and Develop Web Services that integrate Dynamics functionality to other systems

• Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers in the software development process

• Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems

• Create & execute unit tests to ensure functional integrity of solutions

• Document the design of solution interfaces, implementations, and dependencies

• Learn and adopt new frameworks, tools and technologies • Complete any other software development and IT infrastructure activities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science

• Recent Graduate or 1 plus years practical C # /Dot Net application development experience

• Thorough knowledge & understanding of:

• Dot Net MVC framework 4.0 plus, using C# and ASP.net is a must

• Entity Framework and/or ADO.net • Windows Communication Framework

• Object Oriented Analysis and Design

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery

• Database Designing and TSQL Programming for MS SQL 2008 plus

• Basic Design Patterns

LOCATION: Karachi
